Books I'm Currently Reading
So I'd guess my life story will have to wait (I'm working on it). In the meantime, I've been reading a decent book called Core Web Programming (2nd Edition). It's a good book and I hope to learn Java and JavaScript by the end of it. The only problems I'm having while reading it right now is that the first few chapters are really a review for me on HTML 4.0, which I eschewed for XHMTL 1.0 in my informal training. I keep reading and wanting to correct the example codes presented. What's also weird is that I don't know for sure how it came to be in my possession. Here are some interesting links from these chapters in the book for reference.
- Core Web Programming 2nd Edition
- HTML 4.01
- HTML 4.0
- HTML 3.2
- XHTML 1.0
- HTML supported by Netscape (Dead Link)
- HTML supported by Internet Explorer
Sound like a good read? Then please check out more information on Core Web Programming (2nd Edition) by Marty Hall & Larry Brown.
