You Can't Fix Stupid

German scientists have discovered a pharmaceutical method that will overturn that old adage; You can't fix stupid. Apparently the drug biologically alters the chemical/biological makeup of a person in such a way as to prevent people from being stupid moments after ingestion. Test trials are going well, except for the few test subjects who are not taking the pill properly. Case study #3952-C was quoted - This thing you gave me isn't working and I stuck it pretty far into my ear. What gives?

Okay, admittedly, this is a fictional story and never appeared on CNN or any other news site. I was having a goofy day where I seemed to be down to the cube root of my own IQ.
