Ow, This Speedtest Hurts

Thankfully this happened at work and it lasted only a short period of time. Our main ISP was having a major outage and we were on a secondary, which is really only rated for the most basic of tasks. But check that out, "0.30Mb/s Download Speed"...

Just for reference, that's less than a 56k modem from back in the dial-up days. Thirty kilobits per second. Ow. How did we ever survive back in the day on speeds like that?
